4. How are your caregivers selected?
Great Paragon Healthcare, Inc. selects the caregivers for you by conducting an assessment as well as an interview with you. We then look at our database of available caregivers that may be suitable for you as candidates. We then let both parties have an initial meeting wherein they can have a feel of each other to see their compatibility. If everything goes well after the initial meeting, the caregiver that you have chosen can immediately start providing you with the services that you need.
5. Are the staff always available?
Our staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, year-round, including holidays.
